Regular Sample Moment

An e-mail notification is sent at the time of the sample to the sampled employee. The sampled employee uses the included link to complete the sample.

Detailed Program/Activity Descriptions are available on the site as well as training documentation. Optional only Program-related Activities can be shown and only case-related Programs and then Program-related Activities will be available choices.

Validation Sub-Sample:

If the sample is part of the Validation Sub-Sample, then a notification is sent at the time of the sample to the sampled employee's supervisor. The supervisor uses the included link to complete the sample after contacting the employee and asking them what they were doing at that time. The sampled employee and the supervisor should have the sample response.

Sample Response on Mobile Device:

Responses can also be completed via mobile devices. The appearance changes a little but the functionality remains the same.


If there are longer Program and Activity codes, landscape mode on the device may be necessary

DSN RMTS Security:

• DSN's RMTS Azure Environment is SOC 2, SOC TSP, ISO 27001, and PCI DSS compliant.
• DSN RMTS(c) websites are encrypted using 256bit encryption with 2048bit signing.
• Sample Response site uses 32 character random hexadecimal key that must match up with each sample and period id.
• Sample Response form links cannot be used for anything other than answering that specific sample.
