DSN RMTS Hosted and Administered by DSN Staff

RMS Administration and call center operations hosted by Diversified Services Network staff can be conducted via paper, phone, or e-mail.

• With an E-mail Sample, e-mails will be sent out at the time of the Random Moment Sample (even with multiple time zones).
• Sampled employees will receive an e-mail with a web link to the encrypted DSN RMTS Web Response Site so they can respond to the sample.
• Client has access to real-time reports and DSN prepared reports via the e-mail, SharePoint, web, etc...
• Optional Employee Web Roster for RMTS Coordinators to use to update Employee information.
• Optional Web-based Training Test (Option to require quiz before answering samples)

DSN RMTS E-mail Sampled Employee Requirements:

• Valid E-mail Address
• Internet Connection (No installation or plug-ins necessary)

DSN RMTS Security:

• DSN's RMTS Azure Environment is SOC TSP, ISO 27001:2013, and PCI DSS 3.2.1 compliant.
• DSN RMTS(c) websites are encrypted using 256bit encryption with 2048bit signing.
• Sample Response site uses 32 character random hexadecimal key that must match up with each sample and period id.
• Sample Response form links cannot be used for anything other than answering that specific sample.
