DSN RMTS Hosted by DSN and Administered by Client

Client RMTS Administrators will use the DSN RMTS desktop client to monitor and maintain the RMS Sample and Universe information as well as run reports.

• The DSN RMTS database and Sample Response Site are hosted on Windows Azure and maintained and updated by DSN IT. The DSN RMTS Desktop Client connects to the RMS Database via a secure connection through the internet. Click here for more information on Windows Azure's Security Compliance.
• With an E-mail Sample, e-mails will be sent out at the time of the Random Moment Sample (even with multiple time zones).
• Sampled employees will receive an e-mail with a web link to the encrypted DSN RMTS Web Response Site so they can respond to the sample.
• Client has access to real-time reports and data.
• Optional Employee Web Roster for RMTS Coordinators to use to update Employee information.
• Optional Web-based Training Test (Option to require quiz before answering samples)

DSN RMTS Desktop Client Requirements:

• Windows 7 and above Compatible
• .Net Framework 4.5.1
• Internet Access
• Administrative Access needed for installation of DSN RMTS Desktop Client
• MS Excel - for some reports, Adobe Acrobat Reader (or other PDF Viewer)

DSN RMTS E-mail Sampled Employee Requirements:

• Valid E-mail Address
• Internet Connection (No installation or plug-ins necessary)

DSN RMTS Security:

• DSN's RMTS Azure Environment is SOC TSP, ISO 27001:2013, and PCI DSS 3.2.1 compliant.
• DSN RMTS(c) websites are encrypted using 256bit encryption with 2048bit signing.
• Sample Response site uses 32 character random hexadecimal key that must match up with each sample and period id.
• Sample Response form links cannot be used for anything other than answering that specific sample.
