DSNrmts Solution Options

• DSNrmts, Hosted and Administered by DSN - Diversified Services Network will administer and run the RMTS. Employees will answer samples via the Web Response Site. DSN will prepare monthly/quarterly reports as needed. Level of QA and other services vary based on client's need.
  
  
• DSNrmts, Hosted by DSN, Administered by Client - The client's RMTS Administrators will use the DSNrmts Desktop client which accesses the DSNrmts database via a secure internet connection (no VPN needed). All standard reports are available as well as the Customizable reports. Employees will answer samples via the Web Response Site. Client has access to real-time reports and data.
  

For both options, DSN will setup the Matrix and Universe for the various RMS Groups. Diversified Services Network offers training including train the trainer meetings with customized training documentation.

Diversified Services Network uses Microsoft Windows Azure to host the DSNrmts Database, Website, and E-mail Generator program. This provides better security, stability, and a 99.9% SLA. DSN IT supports, maintains, and upgrades the application while Microsoft IT supports and maintains the servers and infrastructure.

DSNrmts Security:

• DSN's RMTS Azure Environment is SOC TSP, ISO 27001:2013, and PCI DSS 3.2.1 compliant.
• DSNrmts(c) websites are encrypted using 256bit encryption with 2048bit signing.
• Sample Response site uses 32 character random hexadecimal key that must match up with each sample and period id.
• Sample Response form links cannot be used for anything other than answering that specific sample.
